Supernova Metals Corp. (“Supernova”) is a publicly traded growth-oriented exploration company focused on acquiring and advancing energy sector opportunities around the globe. The Company holds a 12.5% investment in Westoil Ltd. which controls 70% of Block 2712A located in the Orange Basin, offshore Namibia as well as the TT rare earth claims in Labrador.
Supernova continues to evaluate value-add opportunities to increase shareholder value.

Supernova Metals’ vision is to become a leading diversified exploration and development company in the energy sector. In addition to the existing TT rare earth claims in Labrador and the investment in Westoil, working in offshore Namibia, the Company continues to search for and acquire early stage assets with the goal of advancing them through to resource determination.

Chief Executive Officer
Mason brings a lengthy and distinguished career in the energy sector with over 20 years of capital markets experience including portfolio management of both public and private oil and gas assets. He is demonstrated top performer as a five-time winner of the Brendan Wood International TopGun Investment Mind as well as a Canadian Lipper Fund Award and has established thought leadership in both oil and gas as well as ESG, sustainability and energy transition. His diverse career experience has spanned process engineering in oil and gas and power generation to portfolio management and equity research.
Mason is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registered in the province of Alberta and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from Queens University in Engineering Chemistry, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Stuart Munro
Vice President of Exploration
Stuart Munro is a true pioneer in the Namibian Orange Basin, having played a pivotal role in the region’s exploration history. As the visionary behind what is now Shell’s prolific block and the subsequent game-changing Graff discovery, Munro has proven himself as a trailblazer in hydrocarbon exploration. With over 50 years of expertise and a remarkable track record of success in over 90 basins worldwide, including 18 years across Africa and 15 years in Venezuela, Munro’s accomplishments speak for themselves.

Sean McGrath
Director
Mr. McGrath is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) in Canada and a former Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) in the United States of America. He has spent more than 20 years providing financial management and consulting services to publicly traded companies, with primary emphasis in the natural resources sector. He has been responsible for corporate strategy, in all aspects of accounting and finance, planning and forecasting, treasury, and internal and external reporting, internal controls and tax. Mr. McGrath has held senior executive positions with numerous publicly traded companies throughout his career, and he is currently a Director/Officer of several publicly traded companies listed on the TSXV and the CSE.

Ken Brophy
Ken Brophy’s career comprises over twenty-five years of experience in the natural resources sector, focused primarily on advancing and de-risking development-stage projects. Ken is an experienced executive with a successful track record of project management, building and leading teams, and has many years of experience with Environmental Social Governance (“ESG”) initiatives, such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Indigenous, government and stakeholder relations. Ken is currently the president and COO of Intrepid Metals Corp., a Canadian exploration company focused on exploring for potential high-grade copper, silver, lead, and zinc mineral projects in proximity to producing mines in south-eastern Arizona, USA. He is also president of Ram River Coal Corp., a private Canadian company with a steel-making coal project located in Alberta, Canada. He also serves as a director for Supernova Metals Corp, a TSX-V listed junior exploration company with assets in Canada and the US.
