Sean McGrath

Mr. McGrath is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) in Canada and a former Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) in the United States of America. He has spent more than 20 years providing financial management and consulting services to publicly traded companies, with primary emphasis in the natural resources sector. He has been responsible for corporate strategy, in all aspects of accounting and finance, planning and forecasting, treasury, and internal and external reporting, internal controls and tax. Mr. McGrath has held senior executive positions with numerous publicly traded companies throughout his career, and he is currently a Director/Officer of several publicly traded companies listed on the TSXV and the CSE.
Tyler Dilney

Tyler Dilney is a senior financial professional known for his strategic and results-driven leadership. With over 14 years of experience, he has served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller for private and publicly traded companies in the mining, technology, and oil and gas sectors, including organizations listed on the TSX, TSXV, and CSE. His expertise spans corporate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, tax compliance, and capital markets. A Chartered Professional Accountant, Tyler began his career in public accounting, building a strong foundation in financial reporting and accounting standards.
Ken Brophy
Director
Ken Brophy's career comprises over twenty-five years of experience in the natural resources sector, focused primarily on advancing and de-risking development-stage projects. Ken is an experienced executive with a successful track record of project management, building and leading teams, and has many years of experience with Environmental Social Governance ("ESG") initiatives, such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Indigenous, government and stakeholder relations. Ken is currently the CEO of Intrepid Metals Corp., a Canadian exploration company focused on exploring for potential high-grade copper, silver, lead, and zinc mineral projects in proximity to producing mines in south-eastern Arizona, USA. He is also president of Ram River Coal Corp., a private Canadian company with a steel-making coal project located in Alberta, Canada. He also serves as a director for Supernova Metals Corp, a TSX-V listed junior exploration company with assets in Canada and the US.
Roger March
Director
Mr. March has over 25 years of progressive exploration and management experience, focused mainly on the design, implementation and supervision of advanced exploration programs. He is currently Vice President, Exploration for Foran Mining Corporation, where he has been part of a team for the last nine years that has been responsible for significant resource growth and the completion of prefeasibility level studies for the McIlvenna Bay VMS deposit located in the Flin Flon Greenstone Belt in Saskatchewan. Previously, Mr. March spent 11 years with Cumberland Resources Ltd. where he was part of the team responsible for the completion of prefeasibility and feasibility level studies for the Meadow.
Dr. Kent E. Ausburn, PhD, PG
Senior Technical Advisor and Director
Dr. Ausburn is a senior exploration geologist and mining-entrepreneur with over 31 years of worldwide experience in the exploration/mining industry. Throughout his career Dr. Ausburn has been directly and peripherally involved in several significant ore deposit discoveries and development, including the Castle Mountain Au Mine, Bullfrog Au Mine, and Morning Star Au Mine. Previously, he was the co-founder and VP Exploration of Tournigan Gold Corporation, where he was responsible for the identification, generation, and acquisition of a high-quality portfolio of gold projects in Northern Ireland (Curraghinalt Au deposit) and Slovakia (Kremnica Au deposit), and uranium projects in Slovakia (Kuriskova U deposit) and western USA (Wyoming, Arizona, South Dakota). Currently, he is focused on recognizing, acquiring, financing, and exploring/developing quality mineral deposits throughout the world. He is associated with an international network of technical and financing-oriented mining professionals.
Maximilian Sali

Mr. Sali has been in the capital markets since 2009 managing family assets both public and private. He is the president of Baccarat Investments Inc., a private investment company providing consulting, M&A and management services to public and private companies. Mr Sali is also a director and VP of Corporate Development for Monumental Minerals Corp. (TSXV: MNRL), a critical minerals exploration company. Mr. Sali was corporate development and a founding shareholder of Advantage Lithium Corp which was acquired by producing lithium company Orocobre, now Allkem for $69 million in February 2020. Mr. Sali is the founder, director and former CEO of Defense Metals Corp. (TSXV: DEFN) a rare earth company that recently completed a PEA on its Wicheeda LREE deposit in British Columbia. He is the founder, director and former CEO of New Placer Dome Gold Corp which was acquired by Copaur Minerals in May 2022.
